Why the Wording on Your Account Matters

Terms do real work on your screen. When a slot shows its return-to-player figure, that number comes from the studio that built it, and Pragmatic Play plus PG Soft publish theirs, so we show it wherever the provider exposes it. Volatility tells you how often a title like Smoky Mountain Wilds pays and how wide the swings run. On the sports side,

a point spread and a moneyline answer different questions, and a same-game parlay stacks them on one ticket. Your wallet keeps its own vocabulary: rollover sits on promo credits, never on money sent through PayPal, Venmo or Play+. Learn the words once and every screen reads cleaner.

Where to Ask About a Term

Some words only make sense once you're looking at the screen that uses them. If a term here doesn't line up with what your account shows, whether that's an unclear rollover figure, a pending verification or a live table that dropped mid-hand, our support team can walk you through it. Live chat is the quickest route for anything time-sensitive, email suits screenshots and receipts, and account help covers the questions that need a look at your wallet history.

Live Chat

If a term here doesn't fit what your account shows, open live chat from the wallet tab. Our US support team walks you through wallet terms, verification steps and live table rules.

Support Email

Send a screenshot to our support inbox when a rollover balance or a missing deposit doesn't match what you read here. Your PayPal or Venmo receipt helps us trace that transaction against your account records.

Account Support

Account help covers the terms this page can't: how a canceled promo credit returns to your wallet, why verification is holding a cash-out, and which states your account can access. Start in the chat window.

Core Terms: RTP, Volatility and Table Games

The six entries below cover the words you hit first: how a game's return figure works, why the house edge never disappears, what volatility does to your bankroll, how live dealer tables stream, how a growing jackpot slot behaves, and what a random number generator actually controls. Read them in order if you're new to online play, or jump to whichever term is sitting on your screen right now. Acronyms stay short, with the full name spelled out.

RTP is the share of all wagered money a game returns to players over millions of spins. We display it only where the game provider publishes the figure.

The house edge is the small mathematical advantage the game keeps over time, usually a fraction of every dollar wagered. Lower-edge games like blackjack with basic strategy stretch your session.

Volatility describes how a slot pays: low-volatility titles like Sunrise Bingo Hall drop smaller wins often, while high-volatility rooms stay quiet and then land a large one.

A live dealer game streams a real croupier dealing from a studio while you bet through the screen. Evolution supplies most of the live rooms we carry.

A jackpot slot pools part of every wager into a prize that grows until someone hits the trigger combination. You'll see the running total on titles like Wall Street Rush.

An RNG is the certified random number generator inside a digital slot or table game that decides each result. It's why Infinite Roulette's spin is independent of the spin before it.

Betting, Wallet and Verification Vocabulary

These are the words that decide what you get and when. Odds vocabulary, meaning moneyline, point spread and same-game parlay, tells you how a market is priced. Payment and account language is the other half: e-wallet rails such as PayPal and Venmo, Play+ card loads, identity verification before a cash-out, and the rollover attached to promo credits. Learn how each one behaves and you'll spot the difference between a balance you can withdraw and a credit you still have to play through.

A moneyline is a straight win-or-lose price on a team or player, with no point spread involved. Favorites carry a minus number, underdogs a plus number, in American odds.

The point spread is the margin a favorite must win by for a spread bet to pay. It's how NFL and college football bettors turn an uneven matchup into a two-sided market.

A same-game parlay combines two or more bets from one matchup into a single ticket. Every leg has to land, so the payout climbs as you add picks.

Rollover is the total wagering a promo requires before its credits turn into withdrawable cash. Cash you deposit through Play+ or online banking normally has no playthrough attached.

An e-wallet is a digital account that moves money between you and the casino without a card. PayPal and Venmo are the two we see most from United States players.

KYC is the identity check every regulated operator runs before a first withdrawal. You upload a government ID and sometimes a utility bill, and we match the name on your wallet.

Using the Features These Words Describe

Definitions only get you so far. The questions below cover the parts of the platform those words describe: where a return figure is listed, how a cash-out is priced while a game is running, what happens to a promo credit you cancel, and how a Play+ or Venmo load reaches your wallet. We kept each answer short so you can check it against the screen in front of you.

Open the game and tap the info icon in the title bar; when the studio publishes a return figure it appears there. Not every provider exposes one, so some rooms show rules only.

A cash-out option appears on some markets while the event is live, and its value moves with the game. Once an NFL or NBA bet settles, the result stands.

Buy a Play+ card, load it at the register or online, then pick Play+ in the cashier and enter the card number with your PIN. The balance updates once the issuer confirms the load.

Identity checks protect both sides: we match the name on your government ID to the name on your PayPal, Venmo or bank account before releasing funds. You upload once and later cash-outs move through faster.

Refresh the stream or switch from Wi-Fi to your mobile network; live tables need a stable connection more than raw speed. If the hand already settled, your bet stands in the history tab.

Every promo carries its own conditions page, opened from the cashier tile that showed the offer. Read the rollover line before you accept, because the requirement attaches to the credit, not to your deposit.
